Stuffed Potato in Spinach Gravy

Ingredients:  Spinach leaves, Corriander leaves, Mint leaves, Green Chillies, Cumin seeds, Mango powder, Kishmish, Tomatoes, Corriander  powder, Kasoori Methi/Methi leaves, Curd , Garam Masala, Potato ( cylindrical in shape and big in size),Turmeric powder, Salt,  Desi ghee, oil for frying.
Recipie :
ü  Add corriander leaves, mint leaves, finely chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, mango powder, kishmish and make a smooth green  paste.
ü  Heat oil in a pan and add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes, corriander powder, methi leaves ( 2 tsp), garam masala, spinach leaves ( 1 big bowl), salt, and cook for 1 min. Now add  churned curd ( 1 katori) and cook well. Finally grind it into a smooth paste.
ü  Cut potaoes from one end and scoop it out. Fry this potato katori slightly in oil and then fill the green paste into it and rub the remaining over it.
ü  In a pan keep these stuffed potatoes and pour the spinach gravy over it. Add 2 tbsp desi ghee and put lid over pan and cook it over dum (dim flame) for around 7-8 min.
ü  Serve it hot with naan or poori.( first keep potatoes and then pour the gravy over it.)
